If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with a purchase we invite you to review our policy on refunds and returns. The following terms are applicable for any products that are purchased from Vermont Natural Coatings.
Your Order Cancellation Rights
We cannot guarantee the ability to cancel any order. If your order has already shipped it cannot be cancelled. If you wish to request a cancellation, you must contact us as soon as possible after the order is placed.
In order to request a cancellation you must inform Vermont Natural Coatings of your decision by means of a clear statement, and we must respond and confirm your order is eligible for cancellation. You can inform us of your desire to cancel your order by:

If you are able to secure an order cancellation, we will reimburse you no later than 14 days from the day on which we receive the return request. We will use the same means of payment as you used for the order, and you will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.
Conditions for Returns
In order for the Goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:
The Goods were purchased in the last month
The Goods are unopened in the original packaging
The Goods were kept accordance with the directions on the label, and not frozen or spoiled.
You have received confirmation of return eligibility and an RMA form has been completed, RMA number has been issued, and you have received return instructions from Vermont Natural Coatings.
We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion.
Returning Goods
You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the Goods to us. You should send the Goods at the following address:

We cannot be held responsible for Goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, we recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the Goods or proof of received return delivery.
Include a copy of the completed RMA form and final invoice / order confirmation in package.
Customers are responsible for return shipping charges, unless otherwise noted.
RMA number(s) must be clearly marked on the outer packing carton on at least 2 sides. Customers are responsible for re-packing equipment in their original packaging and using padded outer packing carton(s) to protect item(s) from damage during transit.
Returns are not possible on any items where Manufacturer labels have been removed or tampered with.
All products to be returned or exchanged must have their complete original packaging materials.
All unopened or unused returned goods must be in re-salable condition after inspection to be approved for processing and may be subject to a restocking fee.
Vermont Natural Coatings reserves the right to charge restocking fees for any special circumstances, such as damaged packaging, missing parts, etc.
Customers are responsible for return shipping charges, unless otherwise noted.
Physically damaged goods will not be accepted. Vermont Natural Coatings is not responsible for damages during return shipping – we recommend using a tracked an insured carrier
Returning Damaged or Faulty Goods
If your order was damaged in shipping, or if the Goods are faulty, you must inform us within 48 hours of receiving your shipment. You can inform us of your desire for a return and refund by:

You will need to provide clear images of the damaged or faulty product. In order for the Goods to be eligible for a return, please ensure that:
The Goods were received in the last 48 hours
The Goods are in the original packaging
You have sent Vermont Natural Coatings images of the damaged or faulty Goods
You have received confirmation of eligibility and an RMA form has been completed, RMA number has been issued, and you have received return instructions from Vermont Natural Coatings.
We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion.
