Contest Rules
Vermont Natural Coatings Holiday 2016 Sweepstakes

1. No purchase necessary to enter or win. A purchase will not increase your chances of winning. Contest is open to legal residents of U.S. and Canada only, ages 18 and older; void where prohibited or otherwise restricted by law.
2. Contest begins at 12:00pm EST Tuesday, November 15,2016 and ends at 4:00 PM EST Friday, December 5, 2016.
3. All entries must be received via the Vermont Natural Coatings form. Limit one entry per person. Sharing the post through the app on Facebook will grant the entrant one (1) more entry.
4. On or about 4:00PM EST on Friday, December 5, 2016 one (1) winner will be selected at random and they will be contacted via the email address provided in the entry form.
5. To enter, go to the Vermont Natural Coatings Facebook page or website and follow the instructions to complete the entry form to enter. All entries must be received by 4:00 PM EST Friday, December 5, 2016. Entries generated by script, macro or other automated means and Entries by any means which subvert the entry process are void. Limit one (1) Entry per person using only one (1) email address per household for the duration of the Sweepstakes Period. Earn one (1) additional Entry by sharing the sweepstakes with your followers. Multiple entries received from any person or email address in excess of the limitations stated above will be void. All Entries become the sole property of the Sponsor and will not be returned.
6. One (1) Cranmer Earth Design  Bottle Carrier (MSRP: $45) and One (1) quart of Vermont Natural Coatings All-in-One Stain and Finish (MSRP: $29.75) will be awarded. Total retail value of prize is $74.75. Winner will be responsible for all taxes on prizes.
7. One (1) potential winner will be selected in a random drawing on or about December 5, 2016. from among all eligible Entries received. Sponsor will contact the potential winner by email on or about December 5, 2016. The prize will ship on our about December 9, 2016. The name, city and state of the winner will be posted on or about December 9, 2016.
8. The selected potential winner (or the parent or legal guardian of the selected potential winner, if potential winner is under age 18) must provide valid contact and shipping information including full name, age, street address (no P.O. boxes), city, state and zip, to Sponsor by telephone or email (telephone and email address will be provided to potential winner in notification email) within five (5) business days or he/she will forfeit the prize and an alternate winner will be selected. Personal information (other than email address) collected will be used for the purposes of this Sweepstakes only.
9. Vermont Natural Coatings retailers and employees of Sponsor and employees' families are not eligible to enter. Entries submitted by Vermont Natural Coatings retailers and Sponsor employees or employees' families will be rejected.
10. By participating, contest entrants release Sponsor from all liabilities in respect to this contest. Sponsor is not responsible for incomplete/incorrect entries.
11. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
12. Sponsor is not responsible for technical or other malfunctions with Facebook or the internet, lost, late or misdirected emails, or incomplete/incorrect Entries.
